隨著人工智能技術的快速發展，人力資源管理的模式正經歷深刻變革。港大經管學院與香港中國企業協會人力資源委員會合作，舉辦「AI時代的人力資源管理創新論壇2025」，搭建學術與實務深度融合的交流平台，匯聚頂尖學術專家與企業領袖，探討AI時代的人才管理策略、人力資源管理的挑戰與機遇，總結目前AI技術在人力資源管理實踐中的落地經驗，促進前沿知識與實戰經驗的共享。此外，論壇也將重點展現香港作為國際創新樞紐的實踐成果，推動AI與人力資源管理的協同發展，引領行業邁向創新變革的新篇章 。

The Inaugural ESG Forum of HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute

About the Institute

HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute, established by The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and funded by The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), aspires to establish as a world-class hub for Environmental, Social, and Governance best practices for Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. Bringing together distinguished global scholars from diverse fields, our mission is to foster a multidisciplinary approach to ESG research and training, as well as to forge partnerships with private and public sectors for sustainability initiatives and responsible leadership advocacy.

As a leading institute in ESG research, we are dedicated to creating meaningful, lasting impact through pioneering studies, actionable insights, ESG index development, start-up incubation and transformative projects.
