Students from HKU Business School’s IIMT3262 course recently embarked on an immersive learning journey to two of Hong Kong’s most iconic corporate landmarks: The Henderson and Christie’s Asia Pacific headquarters.

Led by Ms. Gigi Cheung, the visit offered a firsthand look at how sustainability and business transformation are being put into practice in Hong Kong.

• At The Henderson: Students explored how smart, sustainable building design and tenant ESG initiatives can turn a building into a competitive advantage.
• At Christie’s: Students heard how the auction house is evolving its business model from seasonal auctions to a year‑round presence with private sales, exhibitions and curated client experiences.

This experience empowered our students to connect classroom concepts with real‑world decisions in space design, customer experience and ESG strategy. Special thanks to our partners at Henderson and Christie’s for generously hosting IIMT3262 and contributing to our students’ learning journey.
