隨著人工智能技術的快速發展，人力資源管理的模式正經歷深刻變革。港大經管學院與香港中國企業協會人力資源委員會合作，舉辦「AI時代的人力資源管理創新論壇2025」，搭建學術與實務深度融合的交流平台，匯聚頂尖學術專家與企業領袖，探討AI時代的人才管理策略、人力資源管理的挑戰與機遇，總結目前AI技術在人力資源管理實踐中的落地經驗，促進前沿知識與實戰經驗的共享。此外，論壇也將重點展現香港作為國際創新樞紐的實踐成果，推動AI與人力資源管理的協同發展，引領行業邁向創新變革的新篇章 。

香港中國企業協會（「中企協會」）成立於1991年，以「貫徹一國兩制方針，促進香港繁榮穩定」為創會宗旨，是全體在港中資企業的代表，現有會員企業超過1300家，涉及金融、航運、商貿、創科等各個行業領域，為香港的經濟發展、社會穩定、文化繁榮、創科等各個產業領域，為香港的經濟發展、社會穩定、供養了重要，做出了重要貢獻。目前，中企協會下設產業、專業、地方企業及婦女、青年、文體等32個委員會或分會。

「香港中國企業協會人力資源委員會」是香港中國企業協會下屬的專業委員會，於2006年11月13日在香港正式成立。 多年來，人力資源委員會在服務中資企業，促進中資企業人力資源的改革、管理和交流，進一步拓展與香港當地的專業團體和機構的合作，促進中資企業更深更廣的融入香港社會，作出積極貢獻，目前已有會員單位53家左右。

About the Institute

HKU Jockey Club Enterprise Sustainability Global Research Institute, a strategic collaboration between The University of Hong Kong (HKU) and The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC), aspires to establish as a world-class hub for Environmental, Social, and Governance best practices for Hong Kong, Asia and beyond. Bringing together distinguished global scholars from diverse fields, our mission is to foster a multidisciplinary approach to ESG research and training, as well as to forge partnerships with private and public sectors for sustainability initiatives and responsible leadership advocacy.

As a leading institute in ESG research, we are dedicated to creating meaningful, lasting impact through pioneering studies, actionable insights, ESG index development, start-up incubation and transformative projects.
