*Graduands will be assigned to one of the sessions in the two days according to their respective programme. Eligible graduands registered for the Ceremony will receive a confirmation email by late November 2023, including the assigned session and other Ceremony details.

Venue: Grand Hall, Lee Shau Kee Lecture Centre, Centennial Campus, HKU (map)
*The Ceremony will also be broadcasted online.

3. Address by the Dean
4. Conferment of Doctor’s, Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees
5. Vote of Thanks by Graduate Representative
6. Declaration of the Closing of the Congregation Ceremony
7. Procession Out
