The Next Labubu: Can Pop Mart’s Star-Making Legend Sustain?

從2024年開始,一個長著尖尖小耳朵,惡魔般大眼睛,咧著9顆尖尖獠牙的玩偶Labubu風靡全球。 2025年上半年,Labubu銷售額高達48億人民幣。 Labubu驚艷市場的不僅是它強大的吸金能力,更是它在海外市場的勢不可擋。 從東南亞到歐洲美國,Labubu都是年輕人追捧的潮流。 Labubu的成功也讓泡泡瑪特股票從2020年IPO的38.5港幣一路飆升到超過200港幣,短短5年漲幅超過400%。

在當前消費疲軟的市場中,為何一個「無用」的玩具Labubu供不應求? 在AI互聯網盛行的當下,為何一家「不符合」高增長公式的潮玩公司一路高歌? 泡泡瑪特的商業秘笈是什麼?

作為一家潮玩公司,泡泡瑪特的IP商業模式可以總結為五個關鍵部分:IP的發掘,IP的開發,IP的品牌行銷,IP的變現,以及IP的創新。

IP的發掘就如同藝人公司發掘新人。 泡泡瑪特尋求的是有潛力成為未來的「明星」,但是尚未被商業化的IP。 泡泡瑪特常常在各種國際動漫展上尋找最受歡迎的藝術家,倘若熱門的IP還沒有簽約授權,泡泡瑪特就會試圖將其納入自己的商業版圖。 比如泡泡瑪特捧紅的第一個潮玩IP Molly,2016年與香港藝術家王信明簽約前年銷量只有幾百個,泡泡瑪特將其推廣到全世界年銷量上百萬個甚至千萬個。

而從小眾藝術變成大眾爆款的過程,就包含了IP開發的過程。 小眾藝術的特點未必契合大眾市場的品味。 比如今天的Labubu無論是從長相膚色還是服飾,都和2019年泡泡瑪特和藝術家龍家昇簽約時的Labubu很不一樣。 推向大眾市場后,Labubu的每一代在形象上都有所更迭。 這些變化就是泡泡瑪特在藝術與商業之間的平衡。

要讓大眾市場追捧,還需要耗資巨大的品牌行銷。 Labubu 2024年的「突然」走紅,離不開全球年輕女孩追捧的Blackpink韓流女團中的Lisa在2024年4月在社交媒體上的“帶貨”。 而如今Labubu在海外市場的強勁表現,也離不開美國流行音樂巨星Rihanna,NBA球星LeBron James, 和泰國公主的加持。 明星效應在社交媒體的「病毒式」傳播下,Labubu迅速在線上走紅。 而線上的大數據和演算法更是讓Labubu如虎添翼,讓行銷精準定位目標消費者,將品牌的知名度迅速轉化為購買欲。

如果說捧紅一個IP的花費是投資,那麼投資就需要有回報。 一旦IP走紅,泡泡瑪特需要盡可能地延長其生命週期,增強其變現能力。 無論是幾十元的盲盒,還是上萬元的限量版,無論是醉愛在海邊系列,還是Mini Labubu系列,都是為了讓一個IP以不同形式呈現,不僅增加老粉絲的復購,也吸引新粉絲的加入。

倘若Labubu有一天不再流行,泡泡瑪特是否有能力打造下一個Labubu? 這就涉及到IP的創新。 泡泡瑪特的IP遠不止Labubu和Molly,其簽署授權的IP,自主開發的IP,以及合作的IP,還有很多。 雖然這些IP不是每個都能達到Labubu的流行程度, Labubu的運作模式也不能簡單複製,但是泡泡瑪特在潮玩行業的多年經驗,讓資本市場相信泡泡瑪特比別的潮玩公司更有可能打造下一個Labubu。

下一個Labubu在哪裡? 泡泡瑪特的造星神話能否繼續? 潮玩IP如同瞬間萬變的天氣,可以仔細研究,但難以精準預測。 對於下一個Labubu,我們拭目以待。
