Biography

Dr. Sean Rach is a digital marketing and customer management pioneer and advisor to a number of startups in Hong Kong, US and the EU. He was the co-founder of hi and the founding Chief Marketing Officer of Crypto.com. He served as Chief Marketing Officer of Prudential plc in Asia and championed integrated marketing solutions. With a passion for social impact, his doctoral dissertation was focused on the practitioner’s view of communicating corporate social impact. He is the creator of Cha-Ching Money Smart Kids (a multimedia children’s financial education program that has reached 4 continents) in partnership with Cartoon Network, Junior Achievement and Dr. Alice Wilder and co-creator of Safe Steps (Natural Disasters, Road Safety, and First Aid) in partnership with NatGeo, the Red Cross, and the FIA. He was also responsible for the development of the first mobile app for an Asian insurer and the initial digitization of the Prudential salesforce.

Dr. Rach was Managing Director of OgilvyOne Hong Kong, with clients including American Express, Hong Kong Disneyland, Venetian Macao, BlackRock, Hong Kong Jockey Club, and SmarTone. In addition, he has held marketing positions with Hallmark Cards (launch of Hallmark.com) and Sprint.
