The first HKU Business School Korea Alumni gathering of 2026 was held yesterday on April 23 at Namsan.

It was a cosy get together for almost a dozen of our alumni including the Network’s President Ms. Eunjee Kim and Exco member Mr. JS Yang, joined by new faces in the community.

As the 2026–27 academic year kicked off, HKU Business School warmly welcomed our new undergraduates and incoming exchange students. Beginning in late August 2026, a vibrant series of orientation activities brought the cohort together—connecting peers across programmes, introducing key academic and support teams, and sharing practical guidance for a confident start. The result was clear: new faces quickly became one community, ready to thrive.

HKU Business School Launches the First Wealth Management Academy | Nurturing Future Leaders and Strengthening Hong Kong’s Global Leadership
Hong Kong surpassed Switzerland to become the world's largest cross-border wealth management centre. As demand for talent continues to grow, HKU Business School, with the support of Bank of China (Hong Kong), has established the first university-led Wealth Management Academy (the Academy) and successfully held its inauguration ceremony on 8 September. This significant milestone brought together more than 180 business leaders, academics, and industry experts.
