China’s Two Centenary Goals proposed by CCP are the most important development strategic goals. Eliminating absolute poverty is key to achieving the first centenary goal to build a Moderately Prosperous Society in All Respects by 2020. Sustained and fast economic growth and targeted poverty alleviation strategies are the main drivers of large-scale poverty reduction over the past four decades. Modernization of agriculture and rural areas is key to achieving the second centenary goal to build a Prosperous, Strong, Democratic and Civilized Socialist Country by 2050. Rural Revitalization Strategy is launched to help realizing rural modernization. Industrial, talent, cultural, ecological and organizational revitalization are the main focus of rural revitalization.
