Fleeting or Lasting Success? Unlocking the Power Durability of Live Commerce

直播帶貨的熱浪:短暫刺激還是持久商機?

在數位化浪潮的推動下,直播帶貨已迅速崛起為電商領域的現象級行銷方式之一。 憑藉即時互動與沉浸式體驗,它成功吸引了數以億計消費者的目光。 數據顯示,2020年中國直播電商市場規模增速高達196%,總體規模突破1800億美元; 到2022年,該數位已躍升至5000億美元,預計2025年將達到9680億美元【注1】。

然而熱潮之下,一個關鍵問題逐漸浮出水面:直播帶貨帶來的銷售增長,究竟是曇花一現,還是具有持久動力? 面對高額的主播費用和推廣成本【注2】,商家迫切需要評估直播的長期效益,以制定合理的行銷策略——是持續投入以維持熱度,還是將其作為短期促銷工具,結合其他管道以分散風險?

最近,一項基於亞洲大型電商平臺數據的實證研究,對單場直播的銷量影響及其作用機制展開了深入分析,為上述問題提供了新的答案。

直播帶貨:是機遇還是泡沫?

直播帶貨是一種融合娛樂與消費的電商模式,通過主播即時演示、互動答疑和限時優惠等方式,顯著激發消費者的購買欲。 以淘寶為例,主播會試穿衣物並即時回應提問,不僅增強了用戶體驗,也提高了轉化率,並通過社交互動擴大了品牌影響力。

理論上,直播可能帶來長期效應。 一場直播能夠顯著增加品牌曝光,即使直播結束,觀眾仍可通過重播減少對產品或商家的不確定性,從而推動後續銷售。

然而,直播的核心魅力在於其「即時性」,這也可能成為其最大短板。 如果消費者僅出於一時互動的新鮮感而下單,那麼直播結束后,銷售增長很可能迅速回落。

研究發現:熱度易逝,但可延續

該研究通過對比開展直播和未開展直播的商家銷售數據,發現單場直播確實能顯著提振銷量,但效應主要集中在直播當天。 除非商家迅速安排後續直播,否則這一增長難以持續。 具體而言:

  1. 即時效應顯著:直播當天銷量大幅上升,主要得益於即時互動帶來的衝動消費。
  2. 持續力有限:若沒有跟進後續直播,銷售增長會快速衰減; 但若能頻繁開播,則可能形成「連續效應」,使積極影響得以延續。
  3. 機制識別:研究明確,直播的核心機制在於「實時互動」本身,而非品牌認知或信任建立。

結果還顯示,後續直播並未出現效應遞減,表明堅持播出有助於鞏固銷售成果。

啟示和結語

這些發現為商家、主播及政策制定者提供了清晰的實踐指引:

  • 如果成本允許,商家應優先考慮高頻直播策略,以把握直播的短期效益,但也需意識到,直播更適合拉新而非維繫忠誠客戶。 理想做法是將其與傳統廣告、會員運營等工具結合使用,而非完全替代。
  • 主播需專注於提升互動品質與內容吸引力,強調即時溝通的獨特價值。
  • 監管者則可期待行業向「去中心化」發展——實證研究表明,直播效應的核心在於實時互動,這推動商家更多採用互動性更強、流量相對較小的中小主播,而非一味依賴少數頂級主播。 這一轉變有助於降低市場集中度,緩解因超頭部主播資源壟斷而引發的監管擔憂,從而推動形成更加健康、多元的行業生態。

直播帶貨並非一勞永逸的行銷法寶,其效果短暫但卻可通過策略性排播實現延續。 在5G與人工智慧技術的助推下,直播電商仍具廣闊潛力,但只有真正理解其運行邏輯的商家,才能解鎖直播這場「熱浪」的真正潛力。
