Biography
Prof. Yu is an influential and all rounded top notch CPA professional and corporate finance leader with over 30 years of extensive experience in Group Finance, Audit, and Risk Management across Hong Kong and Mainland China.
Prof. Yu has held prominent roles, including Partner at KPMG China and Hong Kong, as well as Executive Director and COO of a listed company in Hong Kong. His work has focused extensively on IPOs, audit and compliance, risk management and mergers and acquisitions.
Throughout his career, Prof. Yu has also served as an accredited trainer, equipping professionals at all levels – up to partners and executives – with essential hard and soft skills critical for success.
