Biography

Dr. Hsu is a Professor of Law at the Department of Economic and Financial Law, CTBC (China Trust Bank Corporation) Business School in Taiwan. He previously taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 1992 to 1995 and the University of Hong Kong from 1995 to 2016 (as assistant professor to tenured professor).
