Biography
Professor Hsu has been teaching at the University of Hong Kong since 1995. He previously taught at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology from 1992 to 1995 and at the University of Hong Kong from 1995 (as Assistant Professor to tenured Full Professor). He served as a member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue) from 1995 to 2001 and as a member of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings Ordinance) from 2007 to 2026.
