HKU Business School together with Hong Kong Institute of Economics and Business Strategy (HIEBS), Institute of Digital Economy and Innovation and Asia Global Institute jointly announced the second volume of “Hong Kong Economic Policy Green Paper” which is a collection of papers that studies a range of economic challenges in Hong Kong.
