What if one scholarship in Hong Kong could launch a global voyage of innovation? 

Meet Devansh Gandhi, an HKU Business School Bachelor of Business Administration student, who was awarded a Future Leader Scholarship for 2023–2024. His journey brought him from Hong Kong to the University of Toronto, where he studied Econometrics, Computer Science, and Finance.

Reaching across North America to Europe, he explored tech ecosystems and international entrepreneurship. This deepened his understanding of emerging technologies and inspired him to innovate back in Hong Kong. Once home, he ran a successful tech co-working event with a community of more than 30 innovators.

The Scholarship wasn’t just an award; it was a milestone that helped him realise his dreams.
