How do you empower students to lean into learning and leadership?

Meet Grace Fong, a fourth-year student majoring in Economics and Finance, Human Resource Management, and minoring in Arabic. Grace is the third recipient we are featuring in our Future Leader Scholarship 2023–2024 profile videos.

Grace used the Scholarship to support her academic growth and work with Red Ink and Chalk (RIAC), a student-run organisation promoting inquiry and accountability in education through diversified learning strategies.

Under RIAC, Grace contributed to projects like Blind Cinema, a programme that delivers inclusive film screenings for blind and low-vision individuals, while also raising awareness around audio description and accessibility in media📝.

The courses Grace completed also enriched her internship experiences, letting her develop the learning and leadership skills that directly helped her deliver even greater contributions.
