Ms. Debbie Man is a seasoned banking compliance professional with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. She currently leads the Compliance function at an international corporate bank in Hong Kong, where she oversees all aspects of regulatory and compliance matters.
Previously, Ms. Man founded and led a compliance consultancy firm, specializing in providing compliance training and advisory services to a diverse range of institutions.
Her career also includes serving as Head of Compliance for a European private bank and as Chief Compliance Officer for a digital bank in Hong Kong, where she played a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining robust compliance frameworks.
In addition to these leadership roles, Ms. Man has held various supervisory and compliance positions at prominent organizations such as the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan, and BNP Paribas, among others.
Ms. Man graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with a BBA (First Class Honours) and obtained her Master of Regulation from the London School of Economics.
