Assistant Professor
- PhD or its equivalent.
- Proven ability or potential for conducting independent research.
- Proven ability or definite promise in teaching.
- Ability and willingness to participate in university, faculty or departmental affairs.
Associate Professor
- PhD or its equivalent.
- Proven ability and record in conducting independent quality research and publication in international journals with evidence of local/national recognition for his/her scholarship.
- Proven ability and record of quality teaching and contribution to curriculum development and research postgraduate education.
- Proven ability to contribute to university, faculty or departmental affairs.
Professor
- PhD or its equivalent.
- Outstanding research achievement with evidence of international recognition.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in teaching and curriculum development and research postgraduate education.
- Significant contribution to university, faculty or departmental management.
- Significant contribution to professional or community service.
