{"id":215251,"date":"2024-07-05T09:59:44","date_gmt":"2024-07-05T01:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hkubs.hku.hk\/research\/thought-leadership\/regulations-and-taxation-of-a-share-market-cash-dividends\/"},"modified":"2024-07-05T10:17:05","modified_gmt":"2024-07-05T02:17:05","slug":"regulations-and-taxation-of-a-share-market-cash-dividends","status":"publish","type":"thought-leadership","link":"https:\/\/www.hkubs.hku.hk\/tc\/research\/thought-leadership\/hkej-column\/regulations-and-taxation-of-a-share-market-cash-dividends\/","title":{"rendered":"A\u80a1\u5206\u7d05\u6d3e\u606f\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u53ca\u7a05\u6536"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7e7c\u7b46\u8005\u4e0a\u5468\u5728\u672c\u6b04\u5206\u6790A\u80a1\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u60c5\u6cc1\u8207\u8fd1\u5e74\u7684\u589e\u9577\u8da8\u52e2\uff0c\u4e0b\u6587\u5c07\u627c\u8981\u5256\u6790\u5176\u4e2d\u80cc\u666f\uff0c\u4e26\u63a2\u8a0e\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u7a05\u52d9\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<h5><strong>\u76e3\u7ba1\u6cd5\u898f\u8207\u6642\u4ff1\u9032<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>\u9451\u65bcA\u80a1\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u4e00\u822c\u9032\u884c\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u7a4d\u6975\u6027\u4e0d\u9ad8\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u8b49\u5238\u76e3\u7763\u7ba1\u7406\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff08\u4e2d\u570b\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\uff09\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\u767c\u5e03\u591a\u9805\u898f\u7ae0\u5f15\u5c0e\u3001\u9f13\u52f5\uff0c\u8981\u6c42\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u9032\u884c\u5206\u7d05\u30022001\u5e74\uff0c\u300a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u65b0\u80a1\u767c\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300b\u6307\u51fa\u65b0\u767c\u884c\u80a1\u7968\u7684\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u9808\u89e3\u91cb\u8fd13\u5e74\u6c92\u6709\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u30022004\u5e74\uff0c\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u52a0\u5f37\u793e\u6703\u516c\u773e\u80a1\u80a1\u6771\u6b0a\u76ca\u4fdd\u8b77\u7684\u82e5\u5e72\u898f\u5b9a\u300b\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u6700\u8fd13\u5e74\u672a\u9032\u884c\u73fe\u91d1\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u8005\uff0c\u4e0d\u5f97\u5411\u793e\u6703\u516c\u773e\u589e\u767c\u65b0\u80a1\u3001\u767c\u884c\u53ef\u8f49\u63db\u516c\u53f8\u50b5\u5238\u6216\u5411\u539f\u6709\u80a1\u6771\u914d\u552e\u80a1\u4efd\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e2d\u570b\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b21\u63a1\u53d6\u5f37\u5236\u6027\u898f\u5b9a\u4fc3\u4f7f\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u5206\u7d05\uff0c\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u5207\u5be6\u4fdd\u969c\u4e2d\u5c0f\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2006\u5e74\uff0c\u300a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u8b49\u5238\u767c\u884c\u7ba1\u7406\u8fa6\u6cd5\u300b\u9996\u6b21\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\u4f01\u696d\u8fd13\u5e74\u73fe\u91d1\u6216\u80a1\u7968\u7d2f\u8a08\u5206\u914d\u7684\u5229\u6f64\u61c9\u4e0d\u5c11\u65bc\u8fd13\u5e74\u5be6\u73fe\u7684\u5e74\u5747\u53ef\u5206\u914d\u5229\u6f64\u768420%\u3002\u52302008\u5e74\uff0c\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u4fee\u6539\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u82e5\u5e72\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u300b\u5217\u660e\u9808\u9032\u884c\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\uff0c\u4e26\u5c07\u9019\u4e00\u6bd4\u4f8b\u63d0\u5347\u523030%\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e2d\u570b\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u57282012\u5e74\u30012013\u5e74\u30012015\u5e74\u30012022\u5e74\u76f8\u7e7c\u767c\u5e03\u4e86\u6709\u95dc\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u5f37\u8abf\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u898f\u7bc4\u6027\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u63a8\u5ee3\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u3002\u57282013\u5e74\u7684\u300a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u76e3\u7ba1\u6307\u5f15\u7b2c3\u865f\u2500\u2500\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u300b\uff08\u4e0b\u7a31\u300c\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u6307\u5f15\u300d\uff09\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u5ea6\u8981\u6c42\u7368\u7acb\u8463\u4e8b\u5c31\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u51fa\u5177\u7368\u7acb\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u8b49\u5238\u76e3\u7ba1\u6a5f\u69cb\u9700\u91cd\u9ede\u95dc\u6ce8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u7570\u5e38\u60c5\u6cc1\uff08\u5982\u6709\u8cc7\u91d1\u537b\u4e0d\u5206\u7d05\u3001\u5927\u984d\u5206\u7d05\u6216\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\u4e26\u672a\u898f\u5b9a\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\uff09\u3002\u8a72\u6307\u5f15\u5141\u8a31\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u8463\u4e8b\u6703\u7d9c\u5408\u8003\u616e\u6240\u8655\u884c\u696d\u7279\u9ede\u3001\u767c\u5c55\u968e\u6bb5\u3001\u81ea\u8eab\u7d93\u71df\u6a21\u5f0f\u3001\u76c8\u5229\u6c34\u6e96\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u662f\u5426\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u51fa\u5b89\u6392\u7b49\u56e0\u7d20\uff0c\u5be6\u65bd\u5dee\u7570\u5316\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u653f\u7b56\uff1a<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u767c\u5c55\u968e\u6bb5\u5c6c\u6210\u719f\u671f\u4e14\u7121\u91cd\u5927\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u51fa\u5b89\u6392\u2500\u2500\u9032\u884c\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u6642\uff0c\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u5728\u672c\u6b21\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u6240\u4f54\u6bd4\u4f8b\uff08\u5373\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u9664\u4ee5\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u548c\u80a1\u7968\u80a1\u5229\u4e4b\u548c\uff09\u6700\u4f4e\u61c9\u9054\u523080%\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u767c\u5c55\u968e\u6bb5\u5c6c\u6210\u719f\u671f\u4e14\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u51fa\u5b89\u6392\u2500\u2500\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u5728\u672c\u6b21\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u6240\u4f54\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u4f4e\u61c9\u9054\u523040%\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u767c\u5c55\u968e\u6bb5\u5c6c\u6210\u9577\u671f\u4e14\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u51fa\u5b89\u6392\u2500\u2500\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u5728\u672c\u6b21\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u6240\u4f54\u6bd4\u4f8b\u6700\u4f4e\u61c9\u9054\u523020%\uff1b<\/p>\n<p>\uff0e\u767c\u5c55\u968e\u6bb5\u4e0d\u6613\u5340\u5206\u4f46\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u8cc7\u91d1\u652f\u51fa\u5b89\u6392\u2500\u2500\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u7167\u524d\u9805\u898f\u5b9a\u8655\u7406\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2015\u5e74\u767c\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u9f13\u52f5\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u517c\u4f75\u91cd\u7d44\u3001\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u53ca\u56de\u8cfc\u80a1\u4efd\u7684\u901a\u77e5\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u9996\u6b21\u63d0\u51fa\u9f13\u52f5\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u5be6\u65bd\u4e2d\u671f\u5206\u7d05\u30022022\u5e74\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u6307\u5f15\u4e2d\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u5982\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u6c34\u6e96\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u767c\u884c\u4eba\u53ca\u4fdd\u85a6\u6a5f\u69cb\u61c9\u4f5c\u51fa\u5408\u7406\u89e3\u91cb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2023\u5e74\u6700\u65b0\u4fee\u6539\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u6307\u5f15\u660e\u78ba\u898f\u5b9a\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u5728\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e2d\u7684\u512a\u5148\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u653f\u7b56\u9808\u5beb\u5165\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u7ae0\u7a0b\uff1b2013\u5e74\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u6307\u5f15\u4e2d\u898f\u5b9a\u7684\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u5728\u7576\u6b21\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u4e2d\u6240\u4f54\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4ecd\u7136\u9069\u7528\u3002\u4f01\u696d\u52d9\u5fc5\u6309\u6307\u5f15\u62ab\u9732\u672a\u5206\u7d05\u539f\u56e0\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u62ab\u9732\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u4f4e\u7684\u5177\u9ad4\u539f\u56e0\u4ee5\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u8981\u516c\u958b\u589e\u5f37\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u56de\u5831\u6c34\u6e96\u64ec\u63a1\u53d6\u7684\u6539\u9032\u63aa\u65bd\uff0c\u4ee5\u6b64\u7763\u4fc3\u8ca1\u52d9\u6295\u8cc7\u8f03\u591a\u4f46\u5206\u7d05\u6c34\u6e96\u504f\u4f4e\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u63d0\u9ad8\u5206\u7d05\u6c34\u6e96\u3002\u6307\u5f15\u53c8\u898f\u5b9a\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u53ec\u958b\u5e74\u5ea6\u80a1\u6771\u5927\u6703\u5be9\u8b70\u5e74\u5ea6\u5229\u6f64\u5206\u914d\u65b9\u6848\u6642\uff0c\u53ef\u5be9\u8b70\u6279\u51c6\u4e0b\u4e00\u5e74\u4e2d\u671f\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u689d\u4ef6\u3001\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e0a\u9650\u3001\u91d1\u984d\u4e0a\u9650\u7b49\uff0c\u5f15\u5c0e\u4f01\u696d\u5f62\u6210\u4e2d\u671f\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u5206\u7d05\u983b\u6b21\u3002\u53e6\u5916\uff0c\u8a72\u6307\u5f15\u4e0d\u518d\u5f37\u5236\u8981\u6c42\u7368\u7acb\u8463\u4e8b\u51fa\u5177\u610f\u898b\uff0c\u7c21\u5316\u4e86\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u5167\u90e8\u6d41\u7a0b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>2024\u5e744\u6708\u767c\u5e03\u7684\u300a\u95dc\u65bc\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\u9632\u7bc4\u98a8\u96aa\u63a8\u52d5\u8cc7\u672c\u5e02\u5834\u9ad8\u54c1\u8cea\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u82e5\u5e72\u610f\u898b\u300b\uff08\u300c\u570b\u4e5d\u689d\u300d\uff09\u63d0\u51fa\u8981\u5f37\u5316\u5c0d\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0c\u5c0d\u591a\u5e74\u672a\u5206\u7d05\u6216\u5206\u7d05\u6bd4\u4f8b\u504f\u4f4e\u7684\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u9650\u5236\u5927\u80a1\u6771\u6e1b\u6301\u3001\u5be6\u65bd\u7279\u6b8a\u8655\u7406\uff08special treatment\uff09\u98a8\u96aa\u8b66\u793a\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5c0d\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u7684\u76e3\u7ba1\u518d\u6b21\u5347\u7d1a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7e3d\u7684\u4f86\u770b\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u8b49\u76e3\u6703\u5c0dA\u80a1\u4e0a\u5e02\u516c\u53f8\u73fe\u91d1\u5206\u7d05\u60c5\u6cc1\u6108\u767c\u95dc\u6ce8\u3001\u6301\u7e8c\u52a0\u5f37\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u95dc\u6ce8\u548c\u8981\u6c42\u5728\u5168\u7403\u7684\u8b49\u5238\u76e3\u7ba1\u8005\u4e2d\u90fd\u662f\u7f55\u898b\u7684\uff0c\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u76e3\u7ba1\u8005\u4fdd\u8b77\u5927\u91cf\u500b\u4eba\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u7684\u5229\u76ca\uff08\u622a\u81f32024\u5e745\u6708\uff0cA\u80a1\u5e02\u5834\u67092.2\u5104\u500b\u4eba\u6295\u8cc7\u8005<a
