Purpose Acquisition Company\uff1b\u7c21\u7a31SPAC\uff09\u65e9\u65bc1990\u5e74\u4ee3\u5df2\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u51fa\u73fe\u3002\u4ee5SPAC\u878d\u8cc7 \u4e0a\u5e02\u96d6\u975e\u4e3b\u6d41\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u6bd4\u50b3\u7d71\u7684\u9996\u6b21\u516c\u958b\u62db\u80a1\uff08IPO\uff09\uff0cSPAC\u80fd\u63d0\u4f9b\u66f4\u5feb\u6377\u7684\u9014\u5f91\u9032\u5165\u516c\u958b\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u4fbf\u65bc\u521d\u5275\u516c\u53f8\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SPAC\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u6bbc\u80a1\u516c\u53f8\uff0c\u5275\u8fa6\u4eba\u6216\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u8cc7\u6df1\u79c1\u52df\u80a1\u6b0a\u57fa\u91d1\u7ba1\u7406\u4eba\u3002\u8a55\u4f30\u9019\u985e\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u50f9\u503c\uff0c\u53ef\u8003\u616e\u80a1\u6771 \u80cc\u666f\u53ca\u7ba1\u7406\u5718\u968a\u5f80\u7e3e\u3002SPAC\u672c\u8eab\u4e26\u7121\u696d\u52d9\uff0c\u900f\u904eIPO\u96c6\u8cc7\uff0c\u4ee5\u671f\u5728\u4e0a\u5e02\u5f8c\uff08\u4e00\u822c\u5728\u5169\u5e74\u5167\uff09\u7269\u8272\u6709\u524d\u666f\u800c\u672a\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u4f01 \u696d\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f75\u8cfc\u76ee\u6a19\u3002\u4f75\u8cfc\u5b8c\u6210\u5f8c\uff0c\u76ee\u6a19\u516c\u53f8\u5373\u80fd\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65b0\u4e16\u754c\u767c\u5c55\u884c\u653f\u7e3d\u88c1\u912d\u5fd7\u525b\u6301\u6709\u7684Artisan Acquisition Corporation\uff0c\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u5728\u7f8e\u570b\u7d0d\u65af\u7279\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684SPAC\u516c\u53f8 \uff0c\u525b\u57289\u6708\u5ba3\u5e03\u8207\u57fa\u56e0\u53ca\u8a3a\u65b7\u6aa2\u6e2c\u516c\u53f8Prenetics\u5354\u8b70\u5408\u4f75\uff0c\u4ee4Prenetics\u6210\u70ba\u672c\u6e2f\u9996\u5bb6\u5728\u516c\u958b\u5e02\u5834\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u7368\u89d2\u7378\u4f01\u696d \u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u7f8e\u570b\u7684SPAC\u7d93\u9a57<\/h5>\n<p>\u7e7c\u8ca1\u653f\u53f8\u53f8\u9577\u9673\u8302\u6ce2\u57283\u6708\u900f\u9732\uff0c\u7279\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u5df2\u8981\u6c42\u9999\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\uff08\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\uff09\u7814\u7a76\u63a8\u52d5SPAC\u5728\u6e2f\u4e0a\u5e02\u5f8c\uff0c\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u96a8\u5373\u65bc 9\u670817\u65e5\u520a\u767c\u5e02\u5834\u8aee\u8a62\u6587\u4ef6\u3002\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b98\u6797\u912d\u6708\u5a25\u5247\u572810\u6708\u7684\u300a\u65bd\u653f\u5831\u544a\u300b\u4e2d\uff0c\u8868\u793a\u652f\u6301\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6539\u5584SPAC\u4e0a\u5e02\u6a5f \u5236\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570b\u81f3\u4eca\u6700\u5927\u7684SPAC\u4f75\u8cfc\u4ea4\u6613\uff0c\u662f2021\u5e74\u521dGores Holding IV\u6536\u8cfcUnited Wholesale Mortgage\uff0c\u4f5c\u50f9160\u5104\u7f8e\u5143 \u3002<\/p>\n<p>SPAC\u5f9e\u5404\u884c\u5404\u696d\u4e0d\u65b7\u5c0b\u627e\u6709\u5229\u53ef\u5716\u7684\u4f75\u8cfc\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5c0d\u8f03\u70ba\u6210\u719f\u7684\u672a\u4f86\u79d1\u4f01\u9700\u6c42\u5c24\u70ba\u5f37\u70c8\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u96fb\u52d5\u6c7d\u8eca\u3001\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065 \u3001\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\u4ee5\u53ca\u5176\u4ed6\u6d88\u8cbb\u6280\u8853\u4f01\u696d\u3002\u622a\u81f3\u672c\u670811\u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b536\u500bSPAC\u4f75\u8cfc\u76ee\u6a19\u4e4b\u4e2d\uff0c480\u500b\u5c6c\u79d1\u6280\u76f8\u95dc\u9818\u57df\uff08\u4f54\u6bd4\u9ad8 \u9054\u4e5d\u6210\uff09\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d68\u500b\u5728\u91ab\u7642\u4fdd\u5065\u300155\u500b\u5728\u91d1\u878d\u79d1\u6280\u300136\u500b\u5728\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u9818\u57df\u3010\u57161\u3011\u3002<\/p>\n<p \u65e5\uff09<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u6839\u64da\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6240\u7279\u6b8a\u76ee\u7684\u6536\u8cfc\u516c\u53f8\u8aee\u8a62\u6587\u4ef6\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u4e0a\u5e02SPAC\u7684IPO\u96c6\u8cc7\u984d\uff0c\u75312019\u5e74\u7684136\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u6fc0\u589e\u81f32020\u5e74\u7684834\u5104 \u7f8e\u5143\u3002\u57282021\u5e74\u4e0a\u534a\u5e74\uff0c\u7576\u5730SPAC\u65b0\u80a1\u7e3d\u6578\u70ba358\uff0cIPO\u6240\u5f97\u6b3e\u984d\u90541110\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u5df2\u8d85\u904e2020\u5e74\u5168\u5e74\u6578\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u3010\u57162\u3011\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u57282008\u5e74\u74b0\u7403\u91d1\u878d\u5371\u6a5f\u53ca2020\u5e74\u65b0\u51a0\u80ba\u708e\u75ab\u60c5\u4e2d\uff0c\u74b0\u7403\u80a1\u5e02\u5927\u5e45\u6ce2\u52d5\u3002\u5728\u9019\u500b\u6642\u671f\uff0c\u7f8e\u570bSPAC\u65b0\u80a1 center;\">\u8cc7\u6599\u4f86\u6e90\uff1a\u9999\u6e2f\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u3001Statista<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u7f8e\u570bSPAC\u57282020\u53ca2021\u5e74\u9593\u975e\u5e38\u84ec\u52c3\uff0c\u4e3b\u56e0\u4e4b\u4e00\u662f\u7f8e\u570b\u806f\u90a6\u5132\u5099\u5c40\u70ba\u61c9\u5c0d\u75ab\u60c5\u4f5c\u51fa\u4e86\u5927\u91cf\u91d1\u878d\u6d41\u52d5\u64cd\u4f5c\u3002\u5728\u50b5\u5238 \u6536\u76ca\u7387\u4f4e\u8ff7\u4e4b\u969b\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u5c0b\u6c42SPAC\u4ee5\u63d0\u9ad8\u56de\u5831\uff0c\u6216\u5229\u7528SPAC\u7684\u7d50\u69cb\u6027\u8d16\u56de\u6b0a\u4f5c\u70ba\u4f4e\u98a8\u96aa\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u5de5\u5177\u3002\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u53ef\u9078\u64c7 \u5728\u696d\u52d9\u5408\u4f75\u524d\u8d16\u56de\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u6216\u5728\u8a55\u4f30\u76ee\u6a19\u696d\u52d9\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u56de\u5831\u5f8c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u6295\u8cc7\uff0c\u5176\u9748\u6d3b\u6027\u53ef\u898b\u4e00\u6591\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SPAC\u4e0a\u5e02\u6bd4\u50b3\u7d71IPO\u66f4\u7701\u6642\u3001\u66f4\u5177\u6210\u672c\u6548\u76ca\u3002\u96a8\u7740\u77e5\u540d\u85dd\u4eba\u3001\u5546\u754c\u5de8\u982d\u7d1b\u7d1b\u63a8\u51fa\u500b\u4ebaSPAC\uff0c\u6b64\u8209\u5438\u5f15\u4e86\u4e0d\u5c11\u5be6\u529b\u96c4 \u539a\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u4ea6\u8da8\u4e4b\u82e5\u9da9\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u00a0\u71b1\u6f6e\u4e2d\u7684\u96b1\u6182<\/h5>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0cSPAC\u5f80\u5f80\u51fa\u73fe\u767c\u8d77\u4eba\u8207\u80a1\u6771\u4e4b\u9593\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u77db\u76fe\uff0c\u4ea6\u51fa\u65bc\u70ba\u6c42\u9054\u6210\u4ea4\u6613\u7684\u7d93\u6fdf\u8a98\u56e0\u800c\u72a0\u7272\u4f75\u8cfc\u8cea\u91cf\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u4e00\u500b \u77da\u76ee\u7684\u4f8b\u5b50\u662f\u57282020\u5e746\u6708\uff0c\u88abSPAC VectoIQ\u4f75\u8cfc\u7684\u521d\u5275\u4f01\u696d\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c9\u516c\u53f8\uff08Nikola\uff09\u88ab\u5176\u80a1\u6771\u6307\u63a7\u3002\u80a1\u6771\u5011\u8072\u7a31\uff0c\u4ed6 \u5011\u5728\u53d7\u516c\u53f8\u8aa4\u5c0e\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4f5c\u51fa\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002\u4e8b\u7de3\u57282020\u5e749\u6708\uff0c\u901a\u7528\u6c7d\u8eca\u5ba3\u5e03\u5c07\u6536\u8cfc\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c920\u5104\u7f8e\u5143\u80a1\u4efd\uff0c\u4f46\u5c3c \u53e4\u62c9\u516c\u53f8\u7684\u96fb\u52d5\u6c7d\u8eca\u6280\u8853\u53ca\u5f8c\u88ab\u6307\u6d89\u53ca\u6b3a\u8a50\u3002\u5169\u500b\u6708\u5f8c\uff0c\u901a\u7528\u6c7d\u8eca\u653e\u68c4\u5165\u80a1\u5354\u8b70\uff0c\u5c3c\u53e4\u62c9\u7684\u80a1\u50f9\u5f9e2020\u5e746\u6708 93.99\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u9ad8\u9ede\uff0c\u8dcc\u81f32021\u5e743\u670819\u65e5\u768415.42\u7f8e\u5143\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u7684\u8a34\u8a1f\u4ea6\u96a8\u4e4b\u800c\u4f86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bcSPAC\u7684\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u8981\u9762\u5c0d\u4e0a\u8ff0\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u7121\u8ad6\u5728\u7269\u8272\u6536\u8cfc\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u9084\u662f\u4f5c\u51fa\u5408\u4f75\u4e0a\u5e02\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u6642\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u7576\u5c40\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u78ba\u4fdd\u59a5\u76e3\u7ba1\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fdd\u969c\u516c\u773e\u6295\u8cc7\u8005\u7684\u5229\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>SPAC\u662f\u53cd\u5411\u5408\u4f75\uff08reverse merger\uff09\u7684\u96c6\u8cc7\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4f46\u4e0d\u53ef\u4e0d\u5bdf\uff0c\u6839\u64da\u6709\u95dc\u53cd\u5411\u5408\u4f75\u5468\u671f\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u6295\u8cc7\u6ce1\u6cab\u7684 \u5f62\u6210\u5f80\u5f80\u6d89\u53ca\u5e02\u5834\u5c0d\u76f8\u95dc\u4ea4\u6613\u624b\u6cd5\u7684\u63a5\u53d7\u7a0b\u5ea6\u3002\u7576\u53cd\u5411\u5408\u4f75\u4ea4\u6613\u9010\u6f38\u666e\u53ca\uff0c\u6703\u5f15\u767c\u76f8\u7e7c\u6a21\u4eff\u800c\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u6210\u70ba\u71b1\u6f6e\u3002\u8207 SPAC\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u51fa\u73fe\u8a0a\u606f\u62ab\u9732\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<h5>\u56de\u5831\u9810\u671f\u7684\u843d\u5dee<\/h5>\n<p>SPAC\u7684\u4f30\u503c\u53d6\u6c7a\u65bc\u80fd\u5426\u8993\u5f97\u76ee\u6a19\u4f75\u8cfc\u4f01\u696d\uff0c\u9396\u5b9a\u5f8c\u82e5\u9047\u7af6\u722d\u5c0d\u624b\uff0c\u80fd\u5426\u4ee5\u9ad8\u50f9\u53ca\u5177\u5438\u5f15\u529b\u689d\u4ef6\u7372\u5f97\u76ee\u6a19\u9752\u775e\uff1f\u4f75 \u8cfc\u6210\u529f\u5f8c\uff0c\u5176\u6295\u8cc7\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u53c8\u80fd\u5426\u548c\u88ab\u4f75\u8cfc\u4f01\u696d\u7684\u52d9\u5be6\u7ba1\u7406\u5c64\u5275\u9020\u96d9\u8d0f\u5c40\u9762\uff1f\u53d7\u5236\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u672a\u77e5\u4e4b\u6578\uff0cSPAC\u5728\u4f75\u8cfc\u524d\u7684
